I read online that good sleep habits are often referred to as good sleep hygiene. Sleep is definitely needed in a human’s life because we can perform better in things that we wanna be better at, to grow muscle , and repair tissue. Sleeping helps you to restore and rejuvenate also and us humans need that. I think sleeping is a part of being healthy and we need to take part in that to keep up with our bodies. We don’t wanna be constantly tired so get enough sleep!
Well, since we are talking about enough sleep, I should probably tell you how much sleep you need to stay healthy. After, doing some online research I found out that adults need 7-9 hours of sleep per night and babies and younger children and teenagers need 11 to 14 hours per night. We have to get enough sleep, because we can become different people when we are tired, I know when I don’t get enough sleep I get really grumpy. I don’t like being grumpy, because I’m an all around positive nice person so I make sure to get my proper rest every night. OMG! except for tonight because I’m staying up late to give you guys this lifestyle tip lol but any other night I’m getting my proper rest.
One thing that makes me wanna sleep even more are dreams. Oh how I love to dream, and dreaming is the best thing ever to me. Dreams pretty much are a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person’s mind during sleep. I think dreams are good, and we need them just like we need sleep. Sometimes we have bad dreams, but we also have good dreams too. I hardly ever have bad dreams and mine turn out to be so amazing that I never wanna wake up. Sleep is needed and so are dreams. Get your proper rest while dreaming up amazing dreams
